
Ajay Agar has an extensive career in sourcing and procurement, encompassing senior level positions with multinational IT software services companies. He has held diverse roles from setting up the procurement function and drafting processes and policies to global leadership of procurement category entailing complex global projects. Ajay’s key achievements include high-value projects in the global real estate and facilities management categories covering all continents, including the creation of 50,000+ seats, leasing of 10 Million square feet of office space, office consolidations, standardization guidelines, global rate contracts, Greenfield Campus construction procurement, as well as outsourcing of facilities management globally.

David Lane joined NTT Global Sourcing in January 2019 from NTT DATA Services, where he was an IT Solutions category manager supporting the Dell Services transition and integration. David also led projects related to supplier vetting, commercial contracts and templates, and participated in ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and NIST audits and certifications. David managed IT product and services procurements for the healthcare, manufacturing and financial services verticals and supported enterprise security programs. His NTT Global Sourcing coverage includes enterprise security products, cloud and other strategic sourcing projects. Prior to NTT DATA Services, David worked at Dell Services for 11 years in customer-facing commercial contracting and procurement roles supporting high-visibility and strategic customers globally. Before joining Dell Services, David worked in telecom as Head of Commercial Activities at Sprint Enterprise Mobility and Director of Contract Management at Telcordia Technologies, where he led contract negotiations for the roll out of mobile number portability in the United States and European Union. David began his career in sales, product management and licensing roles in the digital publishing industry in New York.

Francisco Cortes has more than 15 years of experience in supply chain activities focused on developing strong relationship with internal customers and vendor representatives. Through every interaction, his goal is to generate value for the business beyond savings. Francisco is responsible for agreement negotiations, setting strategy, researching suppliers, demand assessment reviews, among other activities. He is known for his business acumen and dedication, which helps NTT Global Sourcing plan –and execute – the most effective savings strategies that lead to exceptional results for our multiple customers.

Gaurang Garg has more than 12 years of diverse experience across several multinational companies driving large scale strategic sourcing, cost reduction, and supply chain improvement initiatives. He also has worked as a procurement consultant for many large global firms, shaping and driving their category strategies and focusing on cost reduction and sustainable value creation. Prior to joining NTT Global Sourcing, Gaurang worked for a consulting firm where he helped clients across many industry verticals, including life sciences, industrial goods and consumer packaged goods.

Heather Campbell has a strong business acumen and is well respected among our NTT Operating Companies and vendors alike. She is a results-driven sourcing expert with experience working in financial, operational and sales roles. Heather has held progressive leadership roles at technology firms such as Huawei Devices, HPE, DXC, Perspecta and NTT Ltd. She has driven millions in savings across numerous categories, including hardware, outsourcing, maintenance/support services, and of course, software. Heather is not only passionate about procurement, but she also enjoys staying up to date on the ever-changing world of technology.

Hideyuki Yoshino is responsible for building deeper relationships with NTT Japan Operating Companies and vendors with the goal of delivering business value and cost savings. Hideyuki has nearly 20 years of sourcing and procurement experience at distribution, IT, beverage and insurance companies. He most recently worked in expense management as a Team Manager for NN Life Insurance in Japan. Throughout his career, he has accumulated knowledge and experience in procuring hardware, software, licenses, outsourcing and temporary contracts.

Jim Fedor has more than 40 years of experience in the IT industry, working at EDS, HP, HPE and DXC. He has expertise in client delivery, transformations of large development teams, offshoring initiatives, applications development leadership, critical response teams, sales and solutioning, and procurement. Jim has also created and led virtual subject expert teams to achieve operational improvements in development and accomplish savings initiatives for state and local government as well as commercial accounts. He has worked in the United States, Australia, Bermuda, Canada, Cayman Islands, and Malaysia. At NTTGS, Jim is focused on the Global Data Center and Travel categories, identifying savings and speed-to-market opportunities with global suppliers.

During the past 20 years, Jim Mullins has developed expertise in software and hardware acquisition, labor and indirect procurement, savings, planning, resource consolidation, negotiations, and process standardization to streamline purchases and reduce of costs. He has strong analytical skills combined with strategic approaches and expertise in handling conflict resolution in support of day-to-day business relationships at all levels within an organization.

José Ignacio Rosales (a.k.a. Nacho) has more than 20 years of professional experience working in strategic sourcing and procurement. His experience spans a number of industries, including IT, electrical contract manufacturing, contracting and construction. He holds a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) and a bachelor’s degree in International Business.

Juan Gonzalez has more than 15 years of experience in sourcing and procurement. Throughout his career, Juan has developed expertise in analytical skills, negotiation, cost reduction and savings strategies across a number of industries. Juan’s primary goal is to always focus on the fulfilling customer’s requirements and adding value during every step of the process.

Lorinda Birdsong joined NTT Global Sourcing in November 2018 and is responsible for establishing and managing IT related global framework agreements on behalf of NTT Holdings and its affiliates. Before joining NTT Global Sourcing, Lorinda worked for Perspecta Inc., DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprises (HPE), where she managed IBM, one of the largest supplier relationships globally for hardware, software and services. Prior to HPE, Lorinda was the Director of Supply Chain Technology and Process Excellence for Energy Future Holdings Corp. (EFH), a Dallas-based energy company with a portfolio of competitive and regulated businesses, including TXU Energy, Luminant and Oncor. She supported the IT organization, process improvement, audit and compliance management, as well as the systems tools and applications used by the supply chain department. Before joining EFH, she was the Director of Corporate Purchasing, Automation and Quality Systems at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd (RCCL). Her role supported all land-based operations for sourcing and contracting, as well as the departmental process improvement and technology vision.

Lu Vargas serves as Procurement Director of Contingent Labor and Professional Services for NTT Global Sourcing. Lu joined NTT Global Sourcing from DXC Technology, where she was Strategic Business Partner supporting the Manufacturing & Automotive and Travel & Transport Industries to achieve their business and savings goals. Prior to NTT Global Sourcing and DXC, Lu was with Hewlett Packard Enterprise where she focused on Labor strategies, including contingent labor across global and regional plays. She led several savings and supply chain initiatives that resulted in multi-million improvements in support of her account and delivery partners. Lu has an extensive procurement background spanning a variety of categories and across multiple industries.

Mayumi Nakagawa is responsible for building deeper relationships with NTT Japan Operating Companies and vendors with the goal of delivering business value and cost savings. Mayumi has nearly 30 years of sourcing and procurement experience, serving most recently as Head of Regional Procurement Manager for Nokia. Mayumi also holds the honorary role of Member of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Public-Private Competitive Bidding Supervision in Japan.

After studying in Guadalajara and France, Moy Hernández earned his Bachelors’ Degree in International Business. He speaks Spanish, French and English and is very passionate about interacting in multicultural environments. He has over 15 years of experience in global sourcing, procurement, supply chain and is always curious to learn from multiple disciplines. He has worked in a number of industries, including agriculture, nutrition, industrial tools, contract manufacturing and even distribution for building materials.

Prachi Sharma has more than 10 years of experience in Microsoft Product and Program Licensing (EA, MPSA, Select Plus, and CSP), account management, channel management and team management. She is known for her commitment to building strong working relationships, software/solution selling approach and in-depth understanding of cloud solutions. Prachi has successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent client and vendor relationships and monitoring the entire supply chain from different publishers to the end user effectively. Her expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management and relationship building have established impactful cost savings and sourcing strategies across One NTT. Prior to joining NTTGS, Prachi worked for a leading global provider of end-to-end software and cloud technology solutions.

During the past 13 Years, Rajeev Singh has earned extensive experience in Microsoft Eco System, SAM/SLM, Microsoft Licensing (SME), Strategic programs management & Public Cloud Technologies as AWS, Azure & GCP. He is responsible for strategic advising, consulting and contract analysis on Microsoft, AWS, GCP & related compliances. Responsible for driving and tracking related program spread across multiple Geographies and Cultures.

Ricardo Olavarrieta is passionate about IT sourcing and enjoys the challenges of the constant changing technology world. Ricardo works closely with our NTT Group companies to drive short- and long-term consolidation strategies across all IT requirements. Ricardo has developed experience in software and hardware procurement, building saving strategies, contract and commercial negotiations etc. always aiming to generate not only savings, but also exponential value. Ricardo is excited to blend his global IT sourcing experiences with world-class sourcing strategies to help make ‘One NTT’ a reality.

Roland Cupaioli has an extensive procurement background spanning a variety of categories, including direct and indirect procurement, and across multiple industries. With the goal of driving savings and value for One NTT, he is known for building solid working relationships and strategic partnerships with suppliers and NTT Operating Companies around the world. Roland joined NTT Global Sourcing from Siemens PLM Software, where he was Global Commodity Manager having strategic procurement oversight of more than $100M annual spend. In addition, he was responsible for steering the regional procurement teams on optimal category sourcing strategies/ best practices at Siemens PLM and was responsible for Contingent Labor strategic sourcing at HP. Roland earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management and Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.

Shashank Pant has over seven years of experience in the procurement domain analyzing spend of global companies to identify optimization opportunities and drive savings. He has worked on projects such as contract consolidation, renewal optimization, shifting ad-hoc purchasing to strategic sourcing, portfolio rationalization and more. He has also assisted go-to-market teams from the procurement services vertical with presales activity and the delivery phase. Prior to joining NTTGS, Shashank worked for a consulting firm helping clients optimize their spend and operations.

Steve Colle has more than 25 years of experience in information technology, including supplier negotiations and cost savings initiatives. Prior to joining NTT Global Sourcing, he held leadership roles at NTT Data, DXC, HPE and EDS. Steve has experience managing senior client and supplier relationships, delivering corporate productivity initiatives, and leading global delivery teams for Fortune 100 companies. He’s worked closely with the largest suppliers in the industry, including AT&T, Verizon, Orange, Cisco, HP and HPE. Steve joined NTT Global Sourcing in June 2022 with the goal of driving savings and creating value in our network category. He is using his expertise in analytics, contract management and relationship to establish impactful cost saving initiatives and sourcing strategies across One NTT.

Sunny Varshney has 10 years of experience in Microsoft Volume Licensing (EA, MPSA, Select +, Open, SPLA and CSP), account management and channel management. He is known for his dedication to building strong working relationships, solution selling approach, and In-depth understanding of cloud and hosting solutions. Sunny has successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent client and vendor relationships from beginning to end. He is fascinated by new technologies and has the capabilities to quickly grasp and retain.

Tom Shelley has more than 20 years of experience in Procurement and Supplier Management. With a strong mix of tactical and strategic experience, he has successfully led large transformational projects and driven programs globally across the indirect spend space. Tom has held both individual contributor and executive leadership roles within the indirect procurement space across the Managed Consulting, Logistics, Manufacturing, Technology and Staffing/Recruiting industries. A strategic leader with a proven track record of results, Tom has consistently delivered increased profits, reduced spending, and improved operational efficiency through innovation for his business partners.

Vickie Moore has more than 35 years of experience in the industry, working at companies like EDS, HP, and DXC. She has expertise in building and delivering client solutions, managing all facets of end-to-end negotiations with vendors, and leading corporate cost savings initiatives for global accounts. She has worked closely with the largest suppliers in the industry, including AT&T, Verizon, Cisco, Dell/EMC, NetApp, Oracle and HPE to name a few. At NTT Global Sourcing, she is focused on cost savings efforts and initiatives using her expertise, relationships and long-standing success in client negotiations for NTTGS and NTT OpCos focusing on servers and storage.

Zai Trejo joined NTT Global sourcing in August 2020 from Oracle, where she was a Senior Business Analyst acting as a liaison with other divisions such as finance, contracts, human resources and legal to ensure accurate and timely IT purchases. Prior to Oracle, Zai was a Strategic Procurement Manager for DXC and responsible for managing several global projects and initiatives. She was responsible for all elements of the strategy, which included cost reduction, operational performance, risk mitigation and overall financial performance. She has an extensive procurement background and is known for her strong negotiation skills and strategic approach.
